Integration Support
Once you're underway with developing your code you'll invariably have some questions or clarifications that need answers, you might be unfortunate enough to hit a bug we're not aware of. We're always happy to help you out by answering questions or addressing problems with our API. We keep track of any requests we've got using the Loaded Integration Support service desk which you can access here
The easiest way to get in touch is by raising your query with us either via the service desk at the url above, or sending an email to api-support@loadedreports.com. You can also click the 'Get in touch' button that's at the bottom of every page on this site to quickly raise a request.
You'll get email notifications for each request you raise with us, you can also sign up for an account in our service desk here which will allow you to easily keep track of your queries.
